Michele’s Favorite Things

I desire for us to get to know each other — you know, do this thing called life together. Share tips and real-life moments. One way I think might be fun is to share with you some of my favorite things. I am not receiving incentives from these brands, I just honestly LOVE THEM!

Prayer Prompt Goodies

God is creative, and prayer can be too. I love the way Kelly Stanley has designed fun and engaging ways to spur on daily prayer.

Pads, Journals, and much more

Laura Adams is a gal after my own heart. She creates fun products and goodies. If you love stationery as much as I do, you have to check out her store!

Skin and Make-Up

I am a girl who doesn't wear a lot of make-up and what I put on my face is crucial to me. I stepped into Beauty Counter not too long ago, and they have won me over. I am a big fan of all the products.

Shoes

Do you like to give back? Me too! There is one shoe company that I return to time and time again: Toms. When you purchase a pair of shoes, Toms will give a pair of shoes to someone in need. How can you beat that deal? Plus, they are super cute too.

Smoothie or Not to Smoothie

I never used to be a fan of smoothies. They always seemed too sweet for my taste until my daughter told me about Daily Harvest. Girls, I am a believer now. Talk about yummy and good for you. I blend one every day for breakfast or lunch.

A cup of Joe

Dunkin' Donuts, yep, that is right. Smooth and tasty!

Books

I am going to be honest; I am not a reader. You might ask, how can a writer not enjoy reading? Your guess is as good as mine; but God. His paths are always upside down. Even though I am not an avid reader, there are some books that I have enjoyed and have helped me grow. Here are a few: "The Best Yes" by Lisa TerKeurst, "The Spirit-Led Heart" and "Come with Me" by Suzie Eller, "The Road Back to You" by Ian Morgan Cron and Suzanne Stabile, "Hidden Joy" by Wendy Blight, "The Magnolia Story" by Chip and Joanna Gaines and "The Broken Way" by Ann Voskamp.

Now that I have shared all of my favorites things, what are yours? I would love to hear from you!
